Dairy Post Term 2 Week 4

Dear Dairy, 


 Ta daaa I´m back with some more stuff for you so lets get started.   

Well nothing much happened everything I told last week happened this week. Well to truth all that happened was our class got split because Mrs M had a digikids  trip to the countdown head office. 

I got to go to Rm 20  it is a year 6 class. Next year I want to be a digikid oh did I tell you I am a library monitor my day is Tuesday  But every Tuesday since week 1 the library has been closed.

  Also some of the girls are doing a dance we are doing counting stars. We are doing it at the next year 3 and 4 Assembly. 

Term 2 Week 3 Dairy Post

Dear Dairy,

Last week was week 2 Last week we had bike skills, Ruby skills it was really fun. I loved bike skills it was my favorite for last week. We also did some another things like Terrific Tuesday I chose art because I love doing art

 

Finding and summarising information

we are learning to find and summaries information I found this hard because it is about planets . I used the book to help me.My next step is to use it the glossary.index and table of contents.

I have been learning to use language features to suit the purpose of my writing. I have used a simile and adjectives to make my writing more interesting.  The best part of this was finding the facts because I could learn more about animals. My next step is to use onomatopoeia

Term 2 Week 2 Dairy Post

Dear Dairy,

You are never going to believe what happened last week...  So it all started when we all came into the classroom on a sunny Monday morning. Everyone saw on the board  there was Gymnastics. So after library we went to the hall but there was nothing set up.

On Thursday we had our Inquiry launch day. First we got into our groups my group was called the freezers. We had five very fun activities but my favorite was the egg experiment. I learnt that there are five states of matter.   There are solids,liquids, gas, plasma and B-E Condensate.

Also last week we started Foundation skills.   I like foundation skills it is helping us be self directed learners.  My goal for foundation skills is to be master on level 4.  There are four levels.   

I can not wait for bike skills again next week.
